Homestead Title specializes in both residential & commercial real estate closings & offer some of the most competitive prices for closings in the industry. Our company stands behind the services we provide and you can trust that we will be here to help you in the future. We also offer title insurance. We have 3 attorney’s on staff & we will schedule closings when they are convenient for you. We handle off site closings as well, and one of our attorney’s will handle that closing for you. The core of our service is the customer’s experience. We pride ourselves on completing your sale or refinance in a timely manner with completeness and accuracy. To our dedicated team of experienced professionals, you are not just a number. Our team works together from the first call to the final signature so that you can feel like you are our only customer.
Q: When did you launch?
Homestead Title has been a part of the real estate community since 1934.
Q: What inspired you to be a part of Homestead Title?
Being a part of Homestead Title is like being a part of a family.
Q: What are your (Homestead Title's) biggest obstacles & how were they overcome?
The biggest obstacle in the title industry is there are so many companies out there. So we make sure our customer service and our work ethic are outstanding. We are the LAST stop in the closing process so we use the acronym LAST…Longevity/Accountability/Stability & Trust.
Q: What is your big focus right now?
Our big focus is doing what we can to help the community. We work on the Women’s Build with Habitat for Humanity, we are working on an event to help raise money for the Boys & Girls Club, some of our staff members are involved with Junior League. I am involved with the Women’s Council of Realtors & Homestead Title has adopted “Ace”, which is a horse with the NOPD Mounted Unit. The funds help with the care of the horses & their breeding program.
Q: What is the best advice you ever received?
The best advice I have ever received is that you can do & be anything you want as long as you put in the work that it takes.
Q: What success have you had in the past year?
We are continually growing as a company and were presented with the Castle Club Award from Chicago Title, which is awarded to their top producers in the state.
