NEW ORLEANS – On Thursday, Dec. 22, from 12:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m., Fleur De Liciouz Apples and Crescent Tax Company will host an Inaugural Toy Drive and a ribbon-cutting ceremony to celebrate their grand openings at 7303 Downman Rd., Suite B.
Locals are encouraged to bring an unwrapped gift to donate. In return, participants will receive $25 off tax preparation from Crescent Tax Company or a gift card from Fleur de Liciouz Apple. There will be music, food by Snowballs R Us and games including a space walk provided by Funjump Inflatables. Seventh Ward Santa will be present to take free pictures with attendees, while the organizations provide donated gifts to local youth.
Congressman Cedric Richmond, District "E" Councilmember James Gray, Rep. Jimmy Harris, the New Orleans East Business Association and Seventh Ward Santa are all scheduled to attend the events.
