NEW ORLEANS – Andrew Hovet, a former executive at IberiaBank and Capital One, has joined retail bank marketing and distribution strategy company Novantas as a Director.
There, he will expand and strengthen the company’s marketing and distribution capabilities with his expertise in digital banking and distribution strategy, company reps said.
Over the past 25 years, Hovet has led significant distribution and sales transformation efforts in the financial services industry. At IberiaBank, Hovet was responsible for driving the implementation of a digital marketing, sales and servicing strategy across retail, small business, and for their contact centers, including the implementation of new online and mobile banking platforms for consumers and small businesses. He led the formation of a Direct Sales team responsible for all phone and internet sales of banking products, and the development of a new sales management process for Retail branches and business banking. At Capital One, he established and managed a customer experience function, a centralized customer onboarding team, and a dedicated Small Business sales and service team.

Hovet holds a BS in Applied and Engineering Physics from Cornell University.
