NEW ORLEANS – Iam Tucker, president and CEO of Integrated Logistical Support Inc. (ILSI Engineering) and a graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Business Program at Delgado Community College, has been named to the transition team for New Orleans Mayor-elect LaToya Cantrell.
ILSI Engineering specializes in sewer, water, streets and drainage design, as well as program and construction management. Tucker is responsible for the day-to-day management, direction, business development and implementation of policy for all civil engineering, structural engineering and construction management activities.
Since assuming the presidency of ILSI, Tucker has generated a strong record of achievements for herself and the company, achieving 62 contract awards from various state, local and federal agencies.
Tucker is a passionate advocate for the city of New Orleans and its people. Delgado Community College honored her with the 2016 Circles of Excellence Alumni Award.
Tucker and ILSI Engineering recently were chosen as one of 15 local businesses to take part in an eight-week training program to be ready for opportunities in coastal restoration water resource management.
