Hyatt Regency New Orleans Partners With Joieful In 5-Year Deal

NEW ORLEANS – Joieful LLC, an online booking software and hospitality management provider, announced it has reached a five year agreement with Hyatt Regency New Orleans, an award-wining meetings and convention hotel located in downtown New Orleans.

         Effective January 1, 2016, Joieful will manage the hotel’s concierge and join Hyatt Regency’s operational and sales teams to fully integrate with the hotel and all of its services and facilities.

         “We’re thrilled to be Hyatt Regency’s comprehensive hotelier solution provider for the next five years,” said Aaron Dirks, founder and CEO of Joieful. “Joieful will add value through its exceptional service at the concierge desk as well as through a total integration with the Hyatt Regency’s staff and executives at all levels.”

         The partnership adds 1,193 guestrooms to Joieful’s portfolio, along with 200,000 square feet of meeting and event space including two ballrooms, two exhibition halls, seven boardrooms and 70 additional meeting rooms. This new service is in addition to Joieful’s performance of a virtual transportation desk for the hotel’s guests, transportation and experience support for the groups in-house and site support for prospects.
