“As one of Louisiana’s largest health benefits companies, Humana is pleased to continue our support of and participation in LAHP,” said Berger. “Humana is already partnering with employers, providers and community organizations across Louisiana on our Bold Goal to improve the health of New Orleans and Baton Rouge 20 percent by 2020, and we look forward to working with LAHP and its members on population health and other industry issues.”

Berger is a native of New Orleans. He earned his law degree from Loyola Law School, his MBA from Tulane University School of Business and his Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from LSU.
