NEW ORLEANS – HR NOLA has announced the promotion of Jacob Dufour to vice president of human resources operations. He will continue to be responsible for departmental operations, while leading strategic initiatives, business development and HR services.
Dufour joined HR NOLA in 2018 and is praised by his colleagues for “exceptional leadership, dedication and a deep understanding of our industry.” He has earned Mediation and Predictive Index Talent Optimizer Certifications, and he was recently appointed to the Gulf South Chamber of Commerce board of directors.
