Harrah’s Fest Celebrates Harrah’s New Orleans’ 15 Years in Southern Louisiana

NEW ORLEANS – Harrah’s New Orleans Casino is celebrating 15 years of gaming, entertainment and fun in the Big Easy this month.

Reps for Harrah’s say they are New Orleans’ only city-integrated casino, and that Harrah’s has created positive economic and social impact for the Crescent City during its 15 years of operation. In addition to welcoming 67.5 million guests through its doors, Harrah’s New Orleans has driven economic development throughout the city by partnering with 11 local hotels and by providing more than $30 million dollars in support of marketing the destination.

“The city of New Orleans has overcome extreme adversity throughout the past 15 years,” said Harrah’s New Orleans Senior Vice President and General Manager Dan Real. “We are honored to have the opportunity to continue to grow within the heart of this great city and we look forward to bringing new, exciting and positive changes to Harrah’s, and New Orleans, for many years to come.”
