NEW ORLEANS – GW Fins, 808 Bienville St., will be re-opening Tuesday, July 26, 2016, following an extensive kitchen renovation include the installation of new ovens and grills.
The acclaimed seafood restaurant is locally owned by Gary Wollerman and Chef Tenney Flynn, who is known as one of the country’s foremost seafood authorities, being referred to as “the fishmonger czar of the South” by The Wall Street Journal, and is a nationally-recognized expert on Gulf Seafood.
A statement from the restaurant reads:
“During the past few weeks, we have been busy completely redesigning our kitchen to include cutting edge culinary equipment that will not only allow us to create our current menu items in a more efficient manner but allow our chefs to conceive of new seafood preparations as well. All of this has been orchestrated to enhance your culinary experience at GW Fins!
“We have sincerely missed serving our wonderful guests this month and cannot wait to see you this coming Tuesday or hopefully very soon afterwards!”
