COVINGTON, LA – Gulf States Real Estates and Construction Services has announced the start of two new office buildings in the Tammany West Multiplex Business Park located on Interstate 12 and Highway 1077 in Covington, LA.
The PSX Corporate Office Building will encompass approximately 22,000 SF and is an owner occupied building that will house PSX Corporate office, warehouse, and assembly facility.
PSX provides visual arts and special effects for casinos and other entertainment venues around the country.
The second building is 10,450 SF and is being developed for Durham Properties, LLC. This building will be available for lease.
Both buildings are expected to be completed in late spring, 2016.
These buildings are the fourth and fifth office projects developed by Gulf States this year, solidifying Gulf States as one of the premier suburban office building development companies in the Metropolitan New Orleans area.
