NEW ORLEANS – The Gulf South Real Estate Information Network (GSREIN), the largest multiple listing service (MLS) in Louisiana, serving more than 6,300 realtors in the New Orleans Metropolitan area today, announced in a press release that Remine’s new cutting-edge real estate intelligence platform is now live in Louisiana, making it among the first ten MLSs in the country to launch the product.
This week, realtors are getting their first look at this amazing new product and learning how big data can be used to realize a competitive edge in real estate. Custom webinars are available for agents in the area to learn all the functionality of the platform and additional trainings are being planned for the near future.
“The goal of our forward thinking leadership and staff is to bring the latest and best tools to the members of the GSREIN MLS,” said Missy Whittington, CEO of GSREIN and The New Orleans Metropolitan Association of Realtors, in the announcement about the launch. “This provides our realtors the means to take the service offered to their clients to the next level. Knowledge is power and through your GSREIN realtor you will have access to exclusive information which will allow you to make good decisions during your buying or selling experience.”
GSREIN said it is proud to be the exclusive provider for access to statewide Remine market data in the state of Louisiana. Fully integrated with GSREIN’s MLS data, Remine aggregates more than 3 billion data points related to online consumer behavior and public records, providing real estate professionals with access to specific data sets and intelligence.
“GSREIN is one of the top MLSs in the nation bringing the power of Remine exclusively to real estate agents in Louisiana," said Jonathan Spinetto, COO of Remine. "This is a market excited for new technology, helping agents use consumer and property data to find more off market listings. We are excited to help GSREIN members put opportunity on a map.”
