Griffith, Jr. Elected To Baker Donelson's Board Of Directors

NEW ORLEANS – Steven F. Griffith, Jr., a shareholder in Baker Donelson's New Orleans office, has been elected a member of the Firm's Board of Directors. Griffith was elected by Baker Donelson's shareholders to a three-year term as a member of the Board.

          Griffith, a member of the Firm's Business Litigation Group, has a national practice assisting clients in various industries, including affordable housing, construction, hospitality and marine. He has represented clients on matters arising in more than 35 states across the nation, ranging from the defense of nationwide class and collective actions to smaller business disputes.

         Griffith has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America® since 2012 and in Chambers USA: America's Leading Business Lawyers since 2010. He has also been recognized in Louisiana Super Lawyers and was named among the publication's top 50 attorneys in Louisiana and top 50 attorneys in New Orleans in 2016 and 2017.

         A graduate of the Loyola University School of Law, Griffith served as judicial clerk for Chief Justice Pascal F. Calogero, Jr. in the Louisiana Supreme Court from 2000 to 2001. He is a member of the American, Louisiana, New Orleans and Federal Bar Associations and currently serves as an officer and on the board of directors of the New Orleans Chapter of the Federal Bar Association.
