KENNER – Gregory Nay is the new food and beverage director at Treasure Chest Casino. His mission is to enhance and elevate dining and beverage offerings at several new restaurants and bars at the land-based casino.
“Treasure Chest Casino recognizes the importance of having the best people lead our teams, and Greg’s years of proven success will be instrumental during our transition to the new site,” said Kim Etland, vice president and general manager for Treasure Chest Casino. “Through him, I’m confident our guests will encounter a first-rate dining experience.”
Nay brings nearly 10 years of expertise as a director of food and beverage services at several major hotels and resorts across the country. In addition, he has six years of hotel management experience and over 11 years of experience serving as a professional chef. He graduated from the Culinary Arts Institute of Louisiana in 1997.
Treasure Chest Casino offers guests premier gaming experiences on the shore of Lake Pontchartrain and plans to open doors to its new site in spring 2024.
