NEW ORLEANS – The Greater New Orleans Sports Foundation (GNOSF) has named Alexandria Nicole Price as director of operations and community affairs. Her appointment is effective immediately. Additional details were shared in a press release.
Price recently relocated from Houston, Texas where she worked as an operations manager for the Houston Astros, LLC. With the Houston Astros, Price handled an array of special events, concerts and the 2017 World Series Champions Postseason events.
Prior to working for the Houston Astros, Price worked as a national recruiting director for Landmark Event Staffing Services, LLC, where she aided all regional offices with staff recruitment.
In 2016, Price joined the NCAA Men’s Final Four® Houston Local Organizing Committee (HLOC) and served as the manager of volunteers. As manager of volunteers, Price recruited more than 5,000 volunteers to assist with all NCAA shifts throughout the city. In 2013, she served as the Sun Belt Conference Championships coordinator.
