Gold Medal Chefs Gala Award Recipients Announced

NEW ORLEANS – The Louisiana Hospitality Foundation announced the award recipients to be honored at the 5th Annual Gold Medal Chefs Gala, on Wednesday, October 19, 2016, in the La Nouvelle Orleans Ballroom at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center.

         The Gala, an annual signature fundraiser for the Foundation, is the perfect platform to recognize leaders in Louisiana's hospitality industry for their willingness to share their time, skills and talents to help promote and improve the industry while supporting the Foundation's mission, Foundation reps said.

         The Gala begins with an open bar cocktail party, followed by a 5-course seated dinner with dishes prepared by "Gold Medal Chefs."

• Providing financial assistance and/or guidance to people in the hospitality industry during times of crisis.
