GNOCCS Unified Student Applications Due Friday

NEW ORLEANS – The unified application and application deadline for admission for the 2017-18 school year for The Greater New Orleans Collaborative of Charter Schools (GNOCCS) is Friday, Jan. 13.

         Schools participating in the GNOCCS unified application process are:

         “We encourage all applicants to get their applications to these four schools by Jan. 13,” said Ken Ducote, executive director of the Greater New Orleans Collaborative of Charter Schools.

         Applications are available on each school’s website and may have specific times for submission. Parents are encouraged to check the website of each school they are interested in for specific application instructions.

         Other GNOCCS schools are participating in the EnrollNOLA/OneApp system, which has a standard window application deadline of Friday, Feb. 24.

         Member schools are Audubon, Ben Franklin High School, Hynes, International High School of New Orleans, International School of Louisiana, Kenner Discovery, Lusher, Morris Jeff, Moton, Sci-High and Warren Easton.

         Moton Charter School, a year-round school, and Kenner Discovery Health Sciences Academy have an independent admissions process.

         All tuition-free public Pre-K programs must now enroll through OneApp.
