NEW ORLEANS – GNO, Inc. investors, partners and supporters are invited to attend the GNO, Inc. Annual Meeting: ‘Leading to the Future,’ on Thursday, March 10, 2016, at the Hyatt Regency New Orleans.
Registration will begin at 11:00 a.m. followed by the program at 12:00 p.m.
Organizers are expecting the Annual Meeting to draw more than 1,000 business and civic leaders from across the 10-parish region to highlight the organization’s successes over the past year, install the 2016 Board of Directors and NextGen Council, and hear more about Leading to the Future.
GNO, Inc. reps said 2016 will be a very important year for Greater New Orleans. They said New Orleans has more economic momentum and a clear opportunity to continue building upon its successes, but it facing real challenges, too, including low oil prices, the state budget deficit and reauthorization of National Flood Insurance.
They said leadership will be the key to the city’s success.
