GLO Adds Non-Stop Route To Huntsville International Airport

NEW ORLEANS – New Orleans-owned and -based GLO announced it will expand its non-stop service to its 5th destination from Louis Armstrong New Orleans International Airport (MSY) this fall – Huntsville, AL.

GLO, operated by Corporate Flight Management, Inc. (CFM), will introduce non-stop service to Huntsville International Airport (HSV) three days a week – Sundays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

The service will launch on September 30, 2016, with one-way, “GLOForIt” $99 fares (taxes, fees and three checked bags included) available for travel through November 7, 2016. The introductory fares must be purchased by August 18, 2016 and there is no round-trip requirement.

GLO, which began air service last November, offers an alternative to leisure and business travelers who have been relegated to exhausting road travel due to an absence of non-stop air service between South Louisiana and the Tennessee Valley region. Due to GLO’s economical fare structure, travelers will realize a cost-effective and timely alternative to driving between the Crescent City and the Rocket City, GLO reps said. GLO's passengers will be able to enjoy more of their time meeting with business partners and clients or visiting the U.S. Space & Rocket Center, boating on the Tennessee River or enjoying a round of golf on the Robert Trent Jones Golf Trail, they said.

GLO’s flight schedule timetable for the new route is as follows:
