AVONDALE, La. — Leaders are often described as innovative, visionary, passionate, confident, and inspiring. They have the ability to unleash the potential in their employees, inspire results within the workplace, and motivate their teams to do their best work.
On Wednesday, Sep. 25, from 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., The Jefferson Parish Economic Development Commission and the Jefferson Chamber will present a leadership seminar to Prosper Jefferson attendees.
Featured speakers include Brandy D. Christian, president & CEO of the Port of New Orleans and CEO of the New Orleans Public Belt Railroad Corp.; Brian E. Moldaner, Metairie office manager and project manager for T. Baker Smith, LLC, and Neel Sus, CEO of Susco.
During the seminar, these professionals will share their own experiences as leaders while also discussing important topics related to leadership in the workplace, including: traits of a good leader; how leaders drive engagement; how to lead through community engagement and local involvement; the lessons leaders have learned over time; and how leaders can leverage principles of personal transformation projects to be more effective professionally.
