NEW ORLEANS – New Orleans public relations firm Gambel Communications announced that Emily Dowsett has joined the team as a communications strategist.
As a communications strategist, Dowsett’s job responsibilities include media relations, community relations, special event planning and management and social media for clients representing a variety of disciplines. Dowsett is leading a myriad of clients including Greater New Orleans Hotel & Lodging Association, Louisiana Policy Institute for Children, and New Pathways New Orleans.

Dowsett holds a bachelor’s degree from West Virginia University, where she majored in Mass Communications and minored in Advertising. Dowsett hails from London, England, and has dual citizenship in both countries.
