NEW ORLEANS – On Saturday, August 6, 2016, thousands will once again gather in their white linen attire in the Warehouse District for Whitney’s White Linen Night. This year, partners from Fulton Street are joining in on the fun with the inaugural Fulton Street white linen night block party hosted by Après Lounge, Ernst Café, Fulton Alley, Gordon Biersch, Grand Isle, Harrah’s and Manning’s.
Beginning at 9:00 p.m., under the twinkling lights of the Fulton Street pedestrian corridor, visitors will enjoy live entertainment by Grammy-nominated performer DJ Clinton Sparks, DJ Crush, DJ Mig and DJ Torch. Special cool down zones with misters will help revelers escape the heat while enjoying refreshing cocktails available for purchase including Belvedere Vodka slushies and Hennessy Coconut cocktails served inside fresh coconuts. Partygoers can show off their creativity at the Blue Moon Brewery “craft your glass station” by designing their own pint glass and will be able to satisfy their late night hunger until 1:00 a.m. with food favorites from participating Fulton Street restaurants.
