FSC Interactive Promotes Nius

NEW ORLEANS – FSC Interactive, a New Orleans-based digital marketing agency has promoted Sadie Nius to Vice President of Operations. Nius began at FSC Interactive in January 2012.

         In her tenure at FSC, Nius has created systems and processes to better the culture and work environment at the agency. As FSC Interactive grew, Nius provided the infrastructure to scale with revised policies and innovative vision for the future, including annual performance review and goals setting, comprehensive health care packages, flex time and competitive PTO, and our maternity and paternity leave policies.

         Under Nius’s leadership, FSC Interactive was honored as a CityBusiness Best Place to Work and the Career Builder Big Strides in Small Business Award, which recognizes advancements in hiring and workforce development efforts. As the Vice President of Operations, Nius will continue to lead FSC in forward-thinking best practices in human resources, agency operations and financial success.
