DENVER – Frontier Airlines announced it is adding nonstop flights from New Orleans to Columbus, Ohio and Indianapolis. The flights will begin in May with one-way fares as low as $19. Both flights will happen three days each week.
The new flights will raise Frontier’s total of destinations from New Orleans from five to seven. It boosts the city’s number of nonstop destinations to 55.
“We are excited to yet again expand our route map with a focus on underserved and overpriced markets as we head into spring,” said Josh Flyr, vice president, network and operations design, Frontier Airlines. “Increasing the number of cities with an ultra-low fare option helps ensure even more consumers can take to the skies this year to visit friends and family or experience a new destination on their travel wish list.”
Frontier currently offers nonstop service from New Orleans to Cleveland, Ohio; Philadelphia, Atlanta; Denver; and Raleigh-Durham, N.C.
