NEW ORLEANS (AP) — A nonprofit research group says the head of New Orleans' Sewerage and Water Board will speak Thursday, Nov. 6, at a free breakfast briefing.
The Bureau of Governmental Research says executive director Cedric Grant will discuss his plans for improving the agency's operations, finances and management.
The title of Grant's speech is "Pipe Dreams: Addressing Infrastructure Issues in New Orleans."

The event begins at 8:00 a.m. Thursday in the Lafayette Ballroom of The Ritz-Carlton New Orleans.
