FPB Financial Corp. Names Anderson President

COVINGTON, LA – David W. Anderson has been named President of FPB Financial Corp., the holding company of Florida Parishes Bank. Anderson will also serve as Vice Chairman of the Board for Florida Parishes Bank.

         “It’s an exciting time to be with one of the strongest and most secure financial institutions in the state,” said Anderson. “I look forward to using the existing momentum of the bank to grow the bank on the Northshore, Southshore and Baton Rouge markets.”

         A veteran of the banking industry with over 27 years of experience, Anderson was one of the organizers of First NBC and served as Vice Chairman of the Board and Executive Vice President of the bank. He is also a graduate of the Louisiana State University School of Banking Executive Program.

         Florida Parishes Bank President and CEO Ronnie Fugarino said Anderson will be a welcome addition to the bank.

         Anderson currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Louisiana Banking Association. He is also actively involved as a board member of Our Little Roses, a mission for young girls in Honduras.
