METAIRIE, LA – Registration is now open for the 2016 Propeller Club Golf Tournament, on Thursday, March 10, 2016, to benefit their Scholarship Program & UNO's School of Naval Architecture & Marine Engineering, at the Timberlane Country Club, at 1 Timberlane Dr., in Gretna, LA.
Luncheon and a putting contest will begin at 12:00 p.m., with a tee time at 1:00 p.m. Dinner will follow at 5:00 p.m.
The Propeller Club is reaching out to companies for their interest in sponsoring and/ or participating in the event. Admiral level sponsorship includes a foursome and Commodore & Captain's level sponsors will be acknowledged on all promotional material and during the tournament.
A portion of the proceeds will help fund the Propeller Club’s annual scholarship award for students attending the UNO School of Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, and organizers said all levels of participation will go a long way to assist the club.
Registration fees include green fees, cart, lunch, dinner, beverages and door prizes.
