Presented in partnership with CareerBuilder, Inavero’s Best of Staffing Client winners have proven to be industry leaders in service quality based completely on the ratings given to them by their clients. Best of Staffing Award winners have client satisfaction scores more than three times higher than the industry average, with just 1-2% of staffing firms earning the 2016 Best of Staffing.

The survey, which was based on Net Promoter Score (NPS) methodology, asked clients to rank their relationship with Flexicrew on a scale of 1-10. A score of 9 or 10 indicates the client has a positive relationship with the company and is likely to recommend them to colleagues. Flexicrew received satisfaction ratings of 9 or 10 from nearly 72 percent of their clients, significantly higher than the industry’s average of 27 percent.
