Flanagan to Lead New Orleans Bar Association

Thomas Social Website CroppedNEW ORLEANS  — Thomas M. Flanagan has been elected president-elect of the New Orleans Bar Association. He will assume the presidency in November 2024 for the association’s 100th anniversary.

Flanagan is a commercial litigator and appellate attorney at Flanagan Partners, located at 201 St. Charles Avenue. The business-oriented law firm handles commercial cases, appeals and agreements for clients spanning numerous industries. Its attorneys have courtroom experience litigating breach-of-contract claims, business torts, antitrust claims, insurance-coverage disputes, oilfield casualties and construction claims.

Flanagan also is an adjunct professor at Tulane Law School, where he teaches civil law torts, and a member of the American Law Institute.
