Fisher & Phillips Promotes New Regional Managing Partner

NEW ORLEANS — Fisher & Phillips LLP, a national labor and employment law firm, announced that Edward F. Harold has been promoted to Regional Managing Partner of the New Orleans and Gulfport offices.

         Harold joined the Fisher & Phillips New Orleans office as an associate in 2002 and was named partner in 2004. Today, Harold is chair of the firm's Retail Industry Practice Group. His practice is primarily devoted to employment litigation in both state and federal court in Louisiana, Mississippi and Alabama, and counseling employers to avoid litigation.

         “The opportunity to be the leader of the New Orleans office is an exciting new challenge,” Harold said of the promotion. “I look forward to working with our lawyers to help our clients thrive in the face of increased regulation of employers.”
