First Day Of Early Voting Begins Saturday, Residents Can Call 311 With Voting Questions

NEW ORLEANS – Early voting for the Saturday, April 9, 2016, election will begin this Saturday, March 26. The early voting period continues through Saturday, April 2, from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily, excluding Sunday, March 27.

         On April 9, 2016,  polling locations will be open from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

         Voters can identify their polling locations by name, parish or address here.

         Voters must bring a valid ID to their polling location.

         Residents can direct voting questions to the Registrar of Voters Office, but 311 operators are able to handle overflow calls to answer questions about voting.

         Residents may vote early in person at four locations opened by the Orleans Parish Registrar of Voters:
