NEW ORLEANS – Fidelity Bank has reopened its branch lobbies for regular client service. The bank locations will be adhering to face-covering guidelines in their area.
The bank is asking customers to:
- Remove their masks until they are identified by branch staff.
- Wear masks in Orleans, Jefferson and East Baton Rouge parishes.
- Practice social distancing by standing six feet apart.
- Use the drive-through whenever possible – especially if they’re feeling sick.
- Sanitize their hands at sanitation stations before and after transactions.
- Use online banking and mobile apps features as much as possible.
To safeguard associates and clients, the bank will be:
