ELMWOOD, La. — The Feil Organization, a national real estate investment firm, announced that it has signed two renewals totaling 43,154 square feet at Elmwood Distribution Center.
Big Shot Beverages Inc. inked a 23,673-square-foot, 60-month renewal at Elmwood Distribution Center’s W-4 building. And Veyer LLC, an international logistics company, signed a 19,481-square-foot, 36-month renewal in the W-3 building.

Big Shot Beverages is a subsidiary of National Beverage Corp., which owns La Croix, Rip It, Everfresh, Shasta, Clear Fruit and other national beverage brands. Veyer specializes in global supply chain management services.
Built in 1974, 5600 Jefferson Highway, also known as the Elmwood Distribution Center, is located just outside of New Orleans and consists of one retail building and four warehouse buildings. The property totals approximately 411,689 square feet situated on 22.92 acres of land. The warehouse spaces can be divided into suites ranging from 5,625 square feet to 25,000 square feet, each serviced by both docks and grade-level truck access doors.
The Feil Organization was represented in-house by Katina Spera in both transactions.
Big Shot Beverage was not represented by a broker and Veyer LLC was represented by Jack Quinn of Max Derbes.
