Feil Organization Inks 39K-Square-Foot Renewal with EDG at Lakeway

METAIRIE – The Feil Organization, a national real estate investment firm, has signed a 39,183-square-foot renewal with EDG, a global engineering and project management consulting firm, at One Lakeway, one of three Class-A towers within the Lakeway complex in Metairie, Louisiana. The renewal is for a term of 10 years. 

“EDG has been an exceptional partner for years, and we’re thrilled to extend this partnership for another decade,” said Colette Wharton, regional director at the Feil Organization. “The Lakeway complex serves as a regional nexus point between New Orleans and the surrounding area, enhanced by recent strategic investments aimed at reinvigorating the workplace experience.”

Founded in 1982, EDG is a privately held, multinational consulting firm providing cost-effective engineering, management and project service solutions. It works in multiple divisions of the oil and gas and bulk material handling industries. 

One Lakeway is part of the Lakeway complex, a trio of Class-A office towers owned by the Feil Organization located just off North Causeway Boulevard on the shores of Lake Pontchartrain in Metairie. It is home to a Marriott Hotel, a Premier Fitness health club, restaurant, cafe, coffee shop, copy shop and conference center.
