METAIRIE, La. – The Feil Organization, a national real estate investment firm, recently signed a 9,008-square-foot lease with FastPass Tag and Title at 3445 North Causeway Boulevard in Metairie. The lease has a three-year term.
FastPass Title and Tag occupies two separate suites. In one, customers can obtain and renew driver’s licenses and Real IDs. FastPass also offers vehicle title and license plate services, issues and renews motor vehicle registrations, and provides notary services. The second space will be dedicated to back-of-house and office operations

3445 Northern Causeway Boulevard is a 10-story office tower. The 127,858-square-foot building offers customizable, pre-built and turnkey office suites for tenants.
