Fast and Reliable Handyman Services

Real estate is Aaron Cook’s bread and butter, but his small handyman business is his jam.

Cook has been selling real estate with Latter and Blum for four years. He primarily sells residential and doubles, however, he wanted to do a bit more than just sell real estate.

“I got bored during my downtime in real estate,” he says. “So, I started working on some of my properties — improving them while waiting to sell them.”

That quickly led to other agents asking Cook to do a few repairs on their properties. Two years ago, Cook started his business own business called Fast and Reliable Handyman Services.

“I wanted the name to tell everybody who I am and what I do,” he says. “Clients want someone who’s professional, trustworthy and reliable; that’s what I try to do. I like working with my hands. I’ve been during minor repairs since I was a kid. It just comes natural to me.”

Cook provides a wide range of services needed for the maintenance of buildings and properties, including carpentry,  painting and repair work, hanging ceiling fans, mounting televisions, patching drywall or getting rid of rotting sills and soffits.
