F. H. Myers Construction Corp. To Host 9th Annual Charity Golf Tournament Benefitting St. Michael Special School

NEW ORLEANS – The F. H. Myers Construction Corporation will host their 9th Annual Charity Golf Tournament to benefit St. Michael Special School.

         The event takes place on Thursday, October 6, 2016, at English Turn Country Club, One Clubhouse Drive, in New Orleans.

         Registration and lunch will begin at 10:00 a.m., with a Tee Time at 11:30 a.m. A dinner will follow the golf tournament.

         The tournament will be limited to 144 golfers and the play format will be four player scramble with shotgun start.

         “Our relationship with St. Michael’s spans over twenty years,” F. H. Myers Construction Corporation reps said. “In 2008, we completed their new classroom expansion and in 2010, we built a new playground on their school campus. Our golf tournament has created donations averaging $30,000 to $40,000 per year. In 2015 we reached our largest yearly contribution to date at $50,000!”

         F. H. Myers Construction Corporation is a commercial construction firm located in New Orleans that has worked on renovations to the French Quarter’s Hotel Monteleone, construction of the new Arts and Athletics Complex for the Academy of the Sacred Heart, a renovation for the Old U. S. Mint to create a new jazz venue on the 3rd floor, an addition to the St. Bernard Parish Courthouse Square and renovations to Notre Dame Seminary.
