The Urban Land Institute Louisiana will host a Real Estate Breakfast focused on the factors driving businesses to choose Downtown New Orleans and considerations for tenants, brokers and developers evaluating opportunities in the area.
The program will feature opening remarks from Josh Fleig of LA.IO and a panel with Nicole Patel of Copado, Tim Poche of Delta Utilities and Jeffrey Lahasky of Lahasky Group.
