New Orleans Chamber Annual Meeting

The Dr. Charles Teamer Award, which honors a distinguished leader in the New Orleans business community, will be presented for the first time this year. The award recognizes a New Orleans Chamber member who exemplifies the values of Dr. Charles C. Teamer, Sr., including unwavering support for the Chamber and its mission, a commitment to equity, fairness, and inclusivity in both their business and the wider community, and a dedication to making impactful contributions that drive positive economic and social change in New Orleans. The recipient must also demonstrate leadership that inspires others and fosters collaboration to help move the city forward. Nominees for this prestigious honor include Alden J. McDonald of Liberty Bank and Trust Company, Todd Matherne of Biz New Orleans, and Tod Smith of WWL-TV.
