Leaders at LWCC, the state’s largest workers comp insurance provider, have spent the past four years rediscovering their company’s purpose — and it is paying off.
On this week’s episode, LWCC Chief Strategy Officer Seth Irby and business consultant Lauren Hatcher share what they’ve done, how they did it, and the amazing results they’re seeing.

about
Seth Irby joined LWCC in 2019 to lead the company’s repositioning as chief marketing and customer experience officer. With the launch of Louisiana Loyal — a movement to celebrate and elevate Louisiana — Irby guided a transformation of the company’s marketing, branding, customer experience and sales approach. He also spearheaded the development of the company’s innovation department to bring human-centered design to decision making across the organization.
Irby was elevated to the role of chief strategy officer in 2023 to focus on developing and implementing corporate strategy grounded in LWCC’s purpose of helping Louisiana thrive.
