BATON ROUGE – Envoc, an award-winning full service digital agency, has announced the release of their latest product Spotter, a customizable mobile tablet inspection app designed to streamline a business’s inspection processes providing significant improvements in preventative maintenance and process controls.
The first release includes compatibility with both iPad and Android tablets, with support for other operating systems coming in future updates.
For many companies, inspectors spend between 5-8 hours per inspection. By removing the need to carry and use clipboards, pens, paper, cameras, and recording devices and then re-enter that information into a system of record, Spotter promises to cut that time down to less than an hour. Envoc reps said Spotter uses built-in tablet functionality, such as the camera and microphone, to save time, money and headaches.
With Spotter, they said, inspection, controls, survey, and safety professionals are able to capture and use their valuable inspection and audit information easier than ever before.
Envoc has also partnered with Xciel to provide companies with intrinsically-safe Class 1 Div 2 Android tablets and iPad cases for high-risk worksites that require it.
