NEW ORLEANS – Kick off the 2016 Entrepreneur Season with the 2nd annual Entrepalooza on Sunday, August 30, 2015, from 12:00 p.m. – 3:00 p.m. at the NOLA Brewing Company Tap Room, 3001 Tchoupitoulas St. Join The Idea Village team and mix and mingle with the founders behind some of New Orleans’ fastest growing companies.
At Entrepalooza, learn about The Idea Village’s suite of entrepreneur programs – this year’s Entrepreneurs-in-Residence (EIRs) are serial entrepreneur J. Anthony Miguez, digital marketing expert Megan Hargroder, and private equity investor Hank Torbert. They will all be attending the event and help potential applicants navigate The Idea Village’s 2016 offerings.
Founded in 2000, The Idea Village is an independent 501(c)3 nonprofit organization committed to driving positive change in New Orleans through entrepreneurship.
There will be a live music performance by the Grammy-nominated Hot 8 Brass Band, a special menu by the Tap Room’s in-house restaurant McClure’s Barbecue, and free beer tickets for the first 400 people to register and attend.
