DXC Technology Now Hiring In New Orleans

DXC Technology to create 2,000 local jobs by 2025 with an average annual salary of $63,000

NEW ORLEANS – Hiring has now begun for the largest job announcement in state history.

Tech giant DXC Technology announced in November it will open a “Digital Transformation Center” in the New Orleans Central Business District in January 2018, creating 2,000 local jobs by 2025 with an average annual salary of $63,000.

Current job openings are now listed and they include systems engineers and technology consultants in specific software.

The end-to-end IT services company said hiring, “will begin immediately for talented professionals who will develop, deliver and support transformative digital technology services and solutions for global clients.”

Applicants can register now on LouisianaJobConnection.com to post a résumé and complete a profile to see a list of DXC job matches for specific skills. The site is run by Louisiana Economic Development.

DXC Technology is also partnering with several local educational institutions and military veteran organizations to assist with talent sourcing.

The University of New Orleans posted job openings and internship opportunities with DXC Technology on its website and announced it will add classes to train students specifically to meet DXC workforce demands.
