NEW ORLEANS — Ogletree Deakins announced that Monique Gougisha Doucette has been promoted to office managing shareholder in New Orleans. Doucette joined the law firm in 2009 and has more than 20 years of experience handling and managing employment litigation with a concentration on discrimination, harassment and whistleblower claims. She is the chair of the Workplace Investigations and Organizational Assessments Practice Group. Doucette earned her J.D. from Tulane University School of Law and her B.A. from Loyola University New Orleans.
