Disney is Coming to New Orleans

 

NEW ORLEANS – This morning, Sept. 27, at 10 a.m., Disney Cruise Line announced that it will be making the Port of New Orleans its first-ever home port in Louisiana.

Booking will open Oct. 4 for cruises in early 2020 for a variety of destinations in the Caribbean and Bahamas aboard Disney Wonder, a 2,700-guest ship that will homeport at the Erato Street Cruise Terminal.

Voyages aboard Disney Cruise Lines include Broadway-caliber musicals, the ability to watch new Disney movies in 3D, staterooms specifically designed for families, kid’s clubs and a variety of dining options. Many cruises to the Bahamas and Caribbean also currently include a stop on Disney’s private island, Castaway Cay in the Bahamas near Great Abaco Island.
