NEW ORLEANS — From Search Influence:
New Orleans-based digital marketing firm Search Influence is offering free consulting sessions to businesses impacted by COVID-19. Businesses can sign up at www.searchinfluence.com and a strategist will respond within one business day.
Search Influence continues to work with its clients to make changes to their digital marketing campaigns in light of the coronavirus. These updates include working with higher education clients to shift advertising dollars to promote online courses and adjusting campaign goals and messaging for medical clients to focus on earning future patients as non-essential procedures are currently prohibited.
Search Influence has also had to adjust its own marketing, cancelling an upcoming educational networking event and updating paid advertising strategies to be relevant to the crisis.
“Clients wonder if they can afford to market and advertise right now. We believe with some strategic adjustments they can,” says Search Influence Co-founder and CEO Will Scott. “We spent the last two weeks figuring out how to move forward and were really surprised by what we learned. We want to share these tactics to help more businesses move forward with confidence.”
The consulting sessions are intended to help businesses understand how they can market during the current economic climate and how to plan for the future when consumer behavior begins to normalize. Search Influence strategists will discuss the following with each business:
● Goals: Define what each business can accomplish in this time.
● Audience: Identify target consumers best to engage with in the short-term.
● Messaging: Determine the value each business can offer at this moment.
● Tactics: Solidify the free and paid actions needed to spread that message.
“At Search Influence, we’re very fortunate our work is not dependent on a place – whether for our employees to work, or for our clients to visit. As such, we have the ability to be of service to others,” Search Influence Co-founder and COO Angie Scott said. “We feel it is important, in this time of social distancing, for us to come together, virtually, as a community. We’re happy to be able to lend our support to others who might get value from our expertise in this time of crisis.”
