NEW ORLEANS – Tulane University is acknowledged around the world as a leader in the admiralty field. Every other spring, hundreds of lawyers, both practicing and academic, converge on the Tulane campus for the three day Admiralty Law Institute.
Deutsch Kerrigan LLP partners Frank Barry, President of the Admiralty Law Institute at Tulane University Law School, and Jonathan Walsh, as speaker and paper writer on the topic “Agency Jurisdiction-Securing the Waterfront,” will participate in the 27th Admiralty Law Institute on Feb 28, March 1 & 2, 2018, in New Orleans.
Frank Barry is an experienced maritime and energy litigator with successes involving maritime property damage, marine insurance indemnity and coverage claims. Frank also has achieved successful outcomes in insurance broker E&O claims, and in oil and gas claims, such as Legacy Oil, on shore blowouts, and operating agreement litigation.
