NEW ORLEANS – Four Deutsch Kerrigan LLP partners from the firm's New Orleans office will serve in a variety of roles during the Tulane Admiralty Law Institute, the oldest and largest CLE program devoted to maritime law. The event will take place beginning on Wednesday, October 26, 2016, at Tulane University.
Francis J. Barry, Jr. will moderate two presentations. He also serves on the Program Committee and is the Tulane Admiralty Law Institute President.
Bert M. Cass, Jr. will present on the program’s opening day and discuss topics related to bodily injury and death.
Nancy J. Marshall, a partner in the firm’s Commercial and Professional Liability Department, will speak about Ethics on the final day of the program.
Walter P. Maestri is serving as a member of the Planning Committee.
