NEW ORLEANS – Explore the beauty and timeless style of designer Mario Villa at the Art Jewels exhibition opening at Longue Vue House and Gardens, located at 7 Bamboo Rd., in New Orleans, on Thursday, Nov. 20, from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Villa's pieces will be on display and available for purchase in the Whim House through Dec. 31, with a portion of the proceeds benefiting educational programs and art exhibitions at Longue Vue.
In conjunction with the opening, author Bonnie Warren will visit The Shop at Longue Vue to autograph copies of her latest book, New Orleans Homes at Christmas, which features savory recipes and delightful holiday decorations throughout the Crescent City’s finest homes — including Longue Vue that graces the cover.
Longue Vue members will receive a 15% discount on the purchase of the book.
The event is free and open to the public.
