NEW ORLEANS – On Wednesday, January 20, 2016, chancellors, board members and the president of Louisiana’s Community and Technical Colleges System (LCTCS), including Delgado Community College and sister institutions, welcomed their counterparts as well as representatives of organizations promoting community development nationwide at the annual Workshop Development Institute held by the American Association of Community Colleges (AACC) at the Hilton Riverside hotel in New Orleans.
The event, that ran through Saturday, January 23, attracted about 700 national participants.
