NEW ORLEANS – An information session is scheduled for Delgado Community College’s new Certified Line Worker Training Program, a partnership with Entergy New Orleans and the Louisiana Energy Workforce Consortium.
The session takes place Wednesday, Nov. 8, 5:30 p.m. at the Delgado Jefferson campus, 5200 Blair Dr., in Metairie.
Graduates of the 26-week evening studies program at Delgado Community College will obtain National Center for Construction Education and Research certification, be qualified for employment as a line helper and receive job-placement assistance.
